Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping times vary based on location and carrier, and are estimated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Pyaari By Pooja is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Once a package has been marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
